Some training requirements may not be covered by the standard programmes – for example if a new process or business methodology is to be implemented.
Working closely with the customer, ADP will create a training programme designed to suit the particular business needs. Dealership size is not a limiting factor in taking advantage of this option and training can take place on site or via the Internet.
Specialised training services offered include:
- Instructor-led training session development and delivery
- SCORM compliant e-learning development (plug-in to an Learning Management System or access from ilearn@adp)
- Creating tailored ilearn@adp reports?
- One-to-one on site coaching
If guidance is required to re-align business processes with Autoline or if help is needed to create new processes, the ADP Business Consultancy* service is available to assist. Experience has shown that working with ADP Business Consultancy is an excellent starting point before investing in a bespoke training programme.
