1. Policy Statement
ADP recognises and acknowledges that concern for the environment is a fundamental part of all Companies’ business strategies.
The general nature of its business means that the environmental impact of its operations will be minimal. Nevertheless the Company will actively seek to keep this to the lowest practicable level by recognising its responsibilities through a positive policy on safety, health and welfare in the workplace, pollution control and care for the local environment. Any threat of pollution from its activities (primarily waste disposal) will be identified and either eliminated or effectively controlled.
The policy is endorsed by the Board of Directors which takes responsibility for its execution and requires that it be of prime concern to all its employees.
This Policy Statement, Arrangements and Organisation to carry it out will be brought to the attention of all employees by inclusion within the Company’s General Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
