Vauxhall Warranty (VWA8)

Course Objectives:

The course will provide attendees with an understanding Of the process required to create, code and submit Vauxhall warranty claims through Point-of-Sale. Additionally information will be provided on claim validation and correction. Delegates will also be provided with knowledge relating to the Submission of claims and the import of credit notes.

Who should attend?

Service Managers and those responsible for the submission of warranty claims to Vauxhall.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have keyboard skills and will have attended the Service Point of Sale Operation course.

• The use of Autoline to create, code and submit Vauxhall warranty claims.
• Claim validation
• Management of submitted claims
• The import of credit notes and credit note validation.
• Claim resubmission, including Type 36 claims
