Training course overview - Showroom (SHR8)



Course Objectives:

The course aims to provide the attendees with 'users' knowledge of the Showroom module. Attendees will obtain a good understanding of how quotations, orders and the sales prospecting components work. In addition the Kerridge Administrator/Diary facility will be explained to provide the Sales Executives with the knowledge to effectively manage their own diaries and contact potential customers.

Who should attend?

Personnel responsible for raising vehicle sales quotations, orders and any marketing duties within a dealership.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have keyboard skills and an understanding of quotations in a vehicle sales environment.
