Course Objectives:

Attendees will gain an understanding of how to create and maintain their franchise data using the Kerridge Autoline system.

Personnel who are responsible for the set up, maintenance and managing of the dealerships franchise database.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have keyboard/mouse skills and an understanding of franchise information. An appreciation of accounts and knowledge of basic file management would be an advantage.
