Course Objectives:

This course will provide attendees with the knowledge and understanding to undertake normal day to day accounting operations using the Kerridge Autoline system

Who should attend?

All Accounts Clerks. Supervisors, Assistant & Dealership Accountants may also attend.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have keyboard/mouse skills and basic accounts knowledge.

  • Introduction to the relevant modules
  • Nominal Ledger, transactions & enquiries
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger account creation
  • Batch input of invoices and generation of miscellaneous invoices
  • Entering documents on the Purchase Ledger, inc Invoice Register
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger Cash posting
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Cheque & Remittance runs
  • Statements
  • Debtor and Creditor control, transaction displays
  • Reports & Enquiry facilities
