Print Plan – Mono includes:
- Lexmark printers – as specified
- delivery to site with installation and configuration
- helpdesk support
- all consumables (excluding paper) delivered as required, based on the subscribed number of printed pages
- hardware maintenance
- maintenance kits applied in line with manufacturer standards
- equipment disposal at end of life (according to EC standards)
Print Plan – Mono services
- delivery to site within 10 working days of accepted order (subject to product availability from Lexmark)
- next business day hardware repair - based on replacement of faulty parts or provision of a replacement unit
- next business day consumables refills - based on monitored consumption levels
- monthly usage reports (no. of pages printed) delivered by email or via extranet
- monthly toner coverage report (average % of toner consumed per page) delivered by email or via extranet
- extranet also enables customers to view page and toner usage
