The ADP Print Plan Manager link will show you a list of customers using the Print Plan service; here customers will only be able to access their own information.
To access more detailed information the user selects a company name and will then see an account level view of information including site breakdown, contract details and printing performance.
The Print Plan Manager section allows the customer to access information on their Print Plan service at:
- Customer account level
- Site or location level
- Printer group level
- Printer level
Each section provides dynamic reports on printing activity such as printer page count charts, printing activity in relation to contract, toner capacity, coverage etc.
This is information is shown both in numerical and graphical formats.
The customer is also able to report on historical data and print reports and graphs for use in management meetings.
