Extranet - System management and audit without the effort
The ADP Extranet provides all the key system monitoring tools that enable the customer to:
- Monitor key performance statistics to ensure the system provision meets day-to-day and future business needs
- Identify Anti-virus deployment issues
- Instantly audit desktop and server hardware and software installation
- Identify individual software licence keys
- Keep track of any support calls raised
This Alert control panel permits a number of different alerts from the Office Systems services such as Print Manager disk related error, service stopped, memory problem, system down & event log warning.
The administrator can add email addresses and mobile phone numbers for each alert type, the relevant alerts will be sent to by email/ SMS automatically to the specified recipients.
Using the drop down arrow on the Alert type field, you can select all or individual alerts and can then choose a date range using the start date and end date fields. To get the results from your search, simply click on the Submit button.
The results show detailed information on when the alert occurred, the server and a description of the alert and event.
