Print Manager - new options for easier deployment and support

The Print Manager software (formerly KPrint) produces high quality laser printed forms and is now utilised by 30,000 users. To coincide with its re-branding, ADP has introduced two new alternative deployment options for Print Manager:

Print Manager - Appliance
This option is located on the customer’s site and is based on a fixed monthly rental per unit with a licence/support fee per user. It means a minimal capital outlay for the customer.

Print Manager - Hosted
The Hosted option allows multiple ‘virtual’ servers to run on a single hardware platform delivered and supported from an ADP data centre.

Both options include a pro-active monitoring service which ensures minimum downtime and swift fault resolution.

Print Plan – forward thinking printing

Print Plan, is a new comprehensive solution where the entire cost of printing is built into a single rental package. Charges are based on a pre-determined number of printed pages per month - similar to the inclusive minute deals available for mobile phones.

Print Plan comprises:
- Printers - including EC standard disposal at end of plan
- Delivery and installation
- Helpdesk support and hardware maintenance
- Toner consumables*

Print Plan, which uses the latest Lexmark printers, is a simple cost-effective solution offering significant savings with no capital outlay. Print Plan includes monthly reports delivered by email or extranet, showing print volume information and average percentage of toner consumed per page.

‘Pay for what you print with a single budgeted payment’

*Print Plan includes toner for mono equipment. If colour printers are installed, consumables are supplied on a ‘just in time’ basis at discounted rates.

Infiniti’s UK partners select the Autoline DMS for their entire UK network

Infiniti Europe’s UK partners, Rymco and Mana Premiere Automobiles, have recently both signed contracts with ADP to implement the Autoline system in their respective ‘Infiniti Centres’. Rymco have centres in Reading and Piccadilly, whilst Mana Premiere Automobiles have already opened their Birmingham and Glasgow centres, with future openings in South London, Leeds, Stockport witha further five locations still to be announced.

Mana Premier Automobiles (MPA) UK was Infiniti Europe’s second partner in the UK, following the appointment of Rymco to run the three initial sites. Infiniti said coverage will extend to almost the entire country as their centres will offer the Infiniti VIP Service. This service provides collection and delivery of customers’ vehicles for annual maintenance from up to 150 miles from the nearest Infiniti Centre, or even further with a financial contribution from the customer.

Global Layered Applications continue to grow

ADP has just announced that it has expanded its Data Centre network by adding an additional Data Centre, opening in China. Also, new infrastructure work has recently been completed in the UK and South Africa Data Centres.

ADP has been managing hosted solutions for their global customers for more than 10 years and is able to offer scalable solutions, predictable costs, high availability and resilience to ensure optimum performance levels.

So far, ADP has 40,000 hosted users with over 3,000 network connections into ADP’s highly secure hosting facilities.
