Selection by franchise, model, body style, fuel type, door
configuration, transmission, engine c.c., CO2 rating, bhp,
mileage, features, price and repayment and colours
By specific model/variant up-selling of:
- factory fitted options
- special paint/trim combinations
- extended warranties
- insurance
- option packs
Facility to process an enquiry through a pre-defined
sequence (using a wizard technique) or in any order through
the enquiry builder
Multiple vehicle pictures can be used in a carousel mode as
the enquiry progresses
Number of outstanding contact follow ups automatically
displayed when between specific enquiry events
Multi-location/branch vehicle stock search - subject to
operator permission
Entry of up to three trade-in vehicle details, including offer
price, stand-in values, finance settlement(s) and cash back
Previous trade-in valuations by other sales people/
branches can either be displayed for reference or mandated
for use by subsequent sales people
Trade-in values assisted via optional integrated CAP or

Trade-in process can be divided into two sections with
valuation requests passed on to another authorised user

System parameter to control trade-in details
Enhanced discounting functionality based on cost to change
Calculation of finance proposal, including credit insurance
for HP, HP with balloon or PCP/lease purchase
Comparison of up to 3 finance calculations side-by-side at
one time
Finance optimisation - including rate variations, one
payment up-front, 'high pencing', written down trade-in
vehicle(s) etc.
Ability to take deposits and print receipts
Ability to link vehicle deposits taken within the Showroom
process without having to utilise the print order routine
Vehicle orders have to be accepted from Showroom into
Vehicle Administration before invoice is raised
Facilities to print quotations and/or order forms via KPrint
Ability to print picture of vehicle -if available, deposits paid
and outstanding deposits on final quotation/order - KPrint is
required for printing
Description of the discount used within the purchase
summary screen
Facility to allocate the new vehicle registration number at
the time of order confirmation
Ability to input a registration number into the trade-in tab
