A suite of easy-to-use facilities comprising, Electronic Mail,
Diary and Meeting Organiser. These are designed to
improve the internal efficiency of business administration
and to communicate with customers, suppliers and other
external third parties.
Electronic Mail
Ad-Hoc electronic mail facility for distribution to:
- Individuals
- Multiple users
- Distribution lists
The appropriate delivery logic is used to address and send email to:
- Internal address
- Internet address
- Fax number address
Facilities include:
- Basic word wrap and text edit facilities
- New Mail indicator
- Copy, Acknowledge, Print, Forward, Reply, Keep and Attach to CRM database
- Programmed mail triggered by events
- With K-Mail option 'off-line' data entry mode, spell checker and facility to send mail attachments
Electronic Diary
Diary management to view and update
- Rolling date display, with Go To, Next, Previous
- Anniversary and All user entries
- Print, or download to electronic organiser
- Access to personal and other diaries
- Appointment requested and accepted linked between sender and recipient by E-mail
- Diaries may have secretarial ownership
Meeting Organiser
Set names of attendees and minimum attendance
Set date, time and duration criteria
Visual availability display
Link to e -mail to advise participants
Fax Facilities
Links from Document archive for direct issue of copy invoices etc.
Automatic queuing and re-tries
Bespoke cover sheets to suit individual requirements
System generated letters/documents directed to fax, e.g. quotes, credit chase and can be spooled to run during Timed Operations Agent and utilise off-peak call charges.
