Standard Reports

The Autoline system includes an extensive range of standard reports - where appropriate with selection criteria to refine output by user selection

Standard reports are available throughout the system covering:

Ad-Hoc enquiries

An easy to use 'SQL' type facility available throughout the system. Ideally suited when user defined information is required quickly with the minimum of effort

Enquiries, reports, charts, graphs, labels and PC export/output type, using plain English commands

DDE (Direct Data Exchange) with Microsoft Excel

Built in dictionary of terms

On-line guide to features, command words and examples

Optional storage of frequently used enquiries

Link enquiries across multiple modules with common data-link

Report Generator

The Report Generator tools are provided for every Autoline module. The power and versatility of these facilities are the key to the total control and flexibility provided by the Autoline dealer management system

User defined layouts, including screen based enquiries, printed reports and documents/letters, charts, spreadsheets, labels, RTF letters, graphs, export to industry standard UNIX and DOS files and HTML immediate browse facility

Reports can be shared between print or display output

User-defined sorting, up to five layers deep with subtotalling and final totalling where required

User-derived data based on existing information

A high level management information facility which enables the user to start with a broad overview display and selectively 'drill-down' to the detailed information, including document archive retrieval if available

Access to original documents or transaction detail

Two dimensional topics, with rotation at any level between dimensions. For example, to analyse vehicle sales by franchise, model and variant, and the same information analysed by region, branch and salesperson

3D Graphical displays

ODBC

ODBC is the Microsoft sponsored standard interface for Windows applications to access data from heterogeneous databases. It has been adopted by leading database manufacturers. The Kerridge ODBC Driver allows users of ODBC enabled PC applications access to data from Autoline
