Bollingmores, based in Sunbury
and Woking have been Kerridge
customers since 1978.
In 2001 the company installed
KPrint to replace their existing
printing solution.
Terry Bollingmore, managing director, explained why his company had chosen KPrint. "When our account manager proposed KPrint to us it seemed to fulfil our requirements perfectly. We had just acquired our Woking dealership and were looking for solutions that would fit our expansion programme. KPrint gives us dramatic monetary savings to our pre-printed stationary bill and it allows us the flexibility in the design and usage of all our printed documentation.
Despite the fact that KPrint may seem expensive as an initial cost, I estimated that the return on our investment would take just 12 months. It now transpires that after the first year of using KPrint, the company saved a staggering £16,000 on the stationary bill, determining that it was a real investment to the business. KPrint is incredibly efficient; it allows us to produce all our invoice documentation, marketing letters and several different types of job cards. The next step is to use it to produce our marketing campaigns.
The KPrint printers have proved to be efficient and extremely reliable in comparison to the old dot matrix printers. The near silent operations of the printers is far more conducive to a customer facing environment and the use of single sheet paper means that there are no problems with misalignment of continuous stationary invoicing.
The service that I received from Kerridge Printing Services was very professional. They were able to come up with solutions to problems, giving us the ability to improve our efficiency with the application of various print formats for our stationary such as warranty and PDI job cards.
