Sky Ford opts for Autoline
Sky Ford, a member of the Retail Automotive Alliance (R.A.A.), has recently signed a contract with ADP for a 55-user Autoline dealer management system. This will be rolled out across their two sites in Hemel Hempstead and Watford. The decision was taken having conducted a thorough review of three competitive systems. Their current system, DARTS, has recently been given an ‘end-of-life’ announcement for December 2010, so the need to move to a new system in the near future was inevitable.
Paul Hancock, Managing Director of Sky Ford commented, “One of the primary reasons for choosing Autoline was its proven track record within the Ford dealer community, and the extensive and continually developing interfaces to the Ford motor company. ADP’s ability to offer continual support and training for both software and hardware for the long term was also a deciding factor. Peter Bradley, Finance Director, was particularly impressed with iLearn, ADP’s web-based training tool, which will allow staff to carry out some of their training outside busy office hours and carry out refresher training from time to time.”
Sky Ford is expected to go live on their new system late this year.
